VINEYARDS

My fascination with grapes, wine and vineyards awakened my imagination while living in Chianti, Italy. Now I have my own vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley in Central California, and often find myself contemplating, not only the geometric patterns of the fields, but the seasons of their growing lives.  The bright, lush greens of late Spring and Summer become ignited by golden hues of post-harvest Fall.  And all are continuously complimented with the backdrop of cloud formations which hover over the horizon.
